I was looking for pictures tagged with ‘caracas’ on flickr (Caracas is my home town), and I found a bunch of pictures taken by non-venezuelans, my best guess is that most of these new pictures come from international flickr users that spent a few days in Caracas due to the World Social Forum that took place there recently.
